This week I looked at Riann's blog. She did a really good job at giving a brief overview of the most important aspects of the period. She also included really good examples of modern applications. I also looked at Amanda's blog. She talked about the popular materials and colors used in this style and she also covered a lot of the iconic furniture pieces.
